Child and Adolescent Counseling

Child and Adolescent Counseling can vary from adult counseling. Counseling sessions vary from 30-45 minutes one-on-one with your child, and the remaining 15-20 minutes with you included or separate from your child. This ensures a safe, non-judgmental space for your child to explore their needs, in addition to time dedicated towards support and planning with you.
Per Colorado law, adolescents ages 16+ may consent to therapeutic services without guardian permission. However, having guardians on board might support your needs further.
Adult Counseling

Adult services, offered to individuals 18+, can look different depending on your needs. You may choose to work on developing coping skills, or navigating various relationships in your life. Counseling is flexible, non-judgmental, and tailored towards figuring out your needs.
